Welcome to the running library! 🏃‍♀️ This section includes a variety of running workouts you can mix and match with your existing training plan. Whether you prefer running outdoors or on a treadmill, you’ll find everything from interval sessions and speed workouts to longer endurance runs. This isn’t a progressive running program, so there’s no specific order to follow. Instead, think of it as a library of workouts you can come back to whenever you’re looking to add a run to your week or try something new. Running has been my oldest love. My mom always jokes that I skipped walking and went straight to running, and honestly, she’s not far off. Running is what first sparked my passion for health and fitness and eventually led me to become a collegiate track and field athlete specializing in sprinting and hurdles. Even if you don’t consider yourself a runner, I encourage you to give it a try. Running offers incredible physical and mental benefits. But if it doesn’t feel good in your body or you simply don’t enjoy it, that’s okay too. There are plenty of other ways to build your cardiovascular fitness. Howzit!? 🤙🏼 I’m Claire, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach & yoga teacher from Oregon. After my career as a Division 1 sprinter & heptathlete ended, my passion for sport transformed into something deeper: a love of movement in all its forms, & a calling to help others discover their own strength from the inside out. In 2017, during my senior year of college, I launched CPT Fit Co. What began as a side passion project has since grown into a global community whose bodies & lives have been transformed by the programs you’ll find here in this app. Along my journey, I’ve explored a variety of different training styles while traveling the world & living a nomadic lifestyle (including three years of van life), which taught me how important it is to make fitness not only effective, but also flexible, fun, & accessible, whether you’re moving with just your bodyweight, unrolling a yoga mat on the beach, or strength training in a fully equipped gym. Here, you’ll find programs that reflect this journey, functional cross training, kettlebell flows, home & gym workouts, running programs, follow along yoga & mobility & so much more. My goal for this app is not about chasing aesthetics… it’s about falling in love with the process of taking care of yourself. It’s about honoring the privilege of movement & building a body that carries you through life with ease & joy. I’m so grateful you’re here. Frequently asked questions

How to schedule the program into a week?
This is not a progressional training program. You do not need to follow the workouts in order. These are random workouts that you can choose to add into your existing training plan as you’d like. I recommend starting with one per week on your cardio or full body training day.
Do I need to do these workouts at a track?
These workouts do NOT need to be done at a track, but I encourage you use a track if you have access to one. It’s so good to mix up the location and style of your training every once in awhile to keep it fun and to keep your body guessing! Sprinting on a track feels a heck of a lot different than sprinting on a treadmill as it works your muscles differently. 🙌💪
What do I need to participate in this program?
For the majority of these workouts, all you will need is your bodyweight & a track (or other piece of cardio equipment if you are not at a track). Sometimes, I will throw in dumbbells, kettlebells or a jump rope as well.
