How to schedule the program into a week? This is not a progressional training program. You do not need to follow the workouts in order. These are random workouts that you can choose to add into your existing training plan as you’d like. I recommend starting with one per week on your cardio or full body training day.
Do I need to do these workouts at a track? These workouts do NOT need to be done at a track, but I encourage you use a track if you have access to one. It’s so good to mix up the location and style of your training every once in awhile to keep it fun and to keep your body guessing! Sprinting on a track feels a heck of a lot different than sprinting on a treadmill as it works your muscles differently. 🙌💪
What do I need to participate in this program? For the majority of these workouts, all you will need is your bodyweight & a track (or other piece of cardio equipment if you are not at a track). Sometimes, I will throw in dumbbells, kettlebells or a jump rope as well.
