Follow Gym Body 1.0 with this high intensity bodybuilding program. If you find traditional gym workouts a bit boring & slow, pick up the pace with this program. Itโ€™s my personal favorite style of training & guaranteed to get you insane results if youโ€™re willing to put in the work! This strength & cardio program is for anyone seeking to shed stubborn body fat while strengthening & toning lean muscle. It is designed to follow my Gym Body 1.0; however, it is not necessary if you have already developed a well conditioned base. This program consists of traditional body building exercises with a HIIT twist, to help you develop that lean, toned look physique. You will see mostly supersets & tri-sets in this program. A super & tri-set is when you alternate between two or three exercises for one combined set with minimal rest in between. You can rest after all reps of each exercise are completed. They are simply more efficient, more effective & more fun, in my opinion. ๐Ÿ˜Š Youโ€™re also going to see a lot of what I call, โ€œquick cardio,โ€ or โ€œQC.โ€ I have a separate video explaining all about this, which you will see whenever it is programmed into your workout. Howzit!? ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ Iโ€™m Claire, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach & yoga teacher from Oregon. After my career as a Division 1 sprinter & heptathlete ended, my passion for sport transformed into something deeper: a love of movement in all its forms, & a calling to help others discover their own strength from the inside out. What equipment is required?
You will need access to a fully equipped gym (machines, cables, dumbbells, free weights, cardio equipment, pull up bar, etc.).
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This program is a bit more advanced than my Gym Body 1.0, so if you are a beginner or new to the gym, I recommend starting with that program. This intermediate program is can be made easier or more advanced depending on the level of intensity & load you put into each workout. I have also included modification exercises for the more challenging moves.
