Hey Team! I am so excited to introduce my program, “Garage Grind Daily.” You do not have to crush this program from a garage, but it will utilize all the equipment that traditional garage or home gyms have. You’ll need the following: •Squat rack •Barbell + weight plates •Dumbbells & kettle bells •Bench •Pull up bar •Wall ball If you don’t have access to one or more pieces of the required equipment, that’s okay! You can always make exercise substitutions. I provide modifications and alternatives and you can always message me if you need other ideas or have questions about how to adjust the workouts to fit your needs. This is a progressional strength program, with cardio & core mixed in. We will focus on traditional lifts, with a fun twist of course! The workout split is: Day 1: Legs + Core Day 2: Pull Day + optional HIIT Day 3: Push Day + Core Day 4: Glutes + optional HIIT Day 5: Full Body Conditioning Day 6: LISS or Rest Day 7: Rest Join me & let’s get better together. 💪

Howzit!? 🤙🏼 I’m Claire, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach & yoga teacher from Oregon. After my career as a Division 1 sprinter & heptathlete ended, my passion for sport transformed into something deeper: a love of movement in all its forms, & a calling to help others discover their own strength from the inside out. In 2017, during my senior year of college, I launched CPT Fit Co. What began as a side passion project has since grown into a global community of hundreds of thousands whose bodies & lives have been transformed by the program you’ll find here in this app. Along my journey, I’ve explored a variety of different training styles while traveling the world & living a nomadic lifestyle (including three years of van life), which taught me how important it is to make fitness not only effective, but also flexible, fun, & accessible, whether you’re moving with just your bodyweight, unrolling a yoga mat on the beach, or strength training in a fully equipped gym. Here, you’ll find programs that reflect this journey, functional cross training, kettlebell flows, home & gym workouts, running programs, follow along yoga & mobility & so much more. My goal for this app is not about chasing aesthetics… it’s about falling in love with the process of taking care of yourself. It’s about honoring the privilege of movement & building a body that carries you through life with ease & joy. I’m so grateful you’re here. Frequently asked questions

Where did last weeks workouts go? How come I can only see one week at a time?
Every Sunday evening I add a new week of fresh workouts & remove the previous week. This is so that we can stay together & follow the same schedule. After 6 weeks I will create a permanent category for you to access all the workouts at once.
What if I don’t have access to come of the equipment?
I provide substitutions/alternatives and you can always send me a message if you need help adjusting the workout to fit your needs. If you don’t have a barbell, you can always do the same movement using dumbbells and vice versa.
What’s the split?
