Howzit!? ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿผ Iโ€™m Claire, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach & yoga teacher from Oregon. After my career as a Division 1 sprinter & heptathlete ended, my passion for sport transformed into something deeper: a love of movement in all its forms, & a calling to help others discover their own strength from the inside out. In 2017, during my senior year of college, I launched CPT Fit Co. What began as a side passion project has since grown into a global community whose bodies & lives have been transformed by the programs youโ€™ll find here in this app. Along my journey, Iโ€™ve explored a variety of different training styles while traveling the world & living a nomadic lifestyle (including three years of van life), which taught me how important it is to make fitness not only effective, but also flexible, fun, & accessible, whether youโ€™re moving with just your bodyweight, unrolling a yoga mat on the beach, or strength training in a fully equipped gym. Here, youโ€™ll find programs that reflect this journey, functional cross training, kettlebell flows, home & gym workouts, running programs, follow along yoga & mobility & so much more. My goal for this app is not about chasing aestheticsโ€ฆ itโ€™s about falling in love with the process of taking care of yourself. Frequently asked questions

How long are the workouts in this program?
These workouts are quick & effective & will last anywhere between 20-60 minutes.
If I miss a workout, should I just skip it to stay on track with the program?
I always recommend picking up where you left off. The split I provided is just an example of how you can follow this program. You can switch it up to for your needs and never have to follow my plans to a T to still see results!
What dumbbell weights do you recommend for this program?
Ideally, youโ€™ll want a light set, a medium set & a heavy set. However, if you have only one set you can make it work. If you have to choose, go with a lighter set so that you can do all of the movements. If you only own a set of 50lb DBs, you probably wouldnโ€™t be able to do Tricep kickbacks (unless youโ€™re the hulk ๐Ÿ˜…), so keep this in mind. I will be using a set of 8, 20 & 35lb DBs.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Whether you are brand new to fitness or highly advanced, you will benefit from this program! Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means youโ€™ll be able to do all my moves easily, accurately, and safely. Iโ€™ve also included modifications in the exercise descriptions. All you need is dumbbells, so you can do this program from home, the gym, or wherever life takes you! ๐Ÿ™Œ
