How it works...

For six weeks, you’ll layer focused core & conditioning work into your existing routine. Each week includes: Each week includes: ✔️ 3 Core Workouts (Mon / Wed / Fri) 5–15 minutes. - Designed to slot into the start or end of your main workout - Bodyweight and equipment options available. ✔️ 2 High-Intensity Cardio Sessions (Tue / Thur) 10–25 minutes each. - Built to push your mental & physical edge, get your heart pumpin’ & leave you with that “I did that” energy. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, this works. TWO PROGRAM OPTIONS: For the first time ever, there are two versions of the program, both of which you will have access to. ➡️ Bodyweight Version: - Perfect for beginners, those training from home, outdoors, or who travel often ➡️ Equipment Version: - For intermediate to advanced exercisers with access to a pull-up bar, med ball, & free weights You choose your path. You can even alternate between the two. And if you’ve done one of my Core Challenges before - this is an entirely new exercise library with fresh movements, alongside the foundational staples that built this program.

Core Paths to Wholeness

When I say core, I don’t just mean your abs. This challenge now includes the core paths that I believe create a full, balanced, & meaningful life. When you nurture each day through these paths, even in small ways, you create what I call a Full Circle Day. They are the heartbeat behind my Full Circle Life Planner, which goes hand in hand with this challenge. While the planner is not required, I highly recommend using it alongside these six weeks. The five paths are simple, but powerful: Mind. Body. Connection. Purpose. Service. Each week, we’ll focus on one path. I’ll share reflections, prompts, tools, and resources.       What's the split? How do I schedule it in my current plan?
      Each week includes: ✔️ 3 Core Workouts (Mon / Wed / Fri) 5–15 minutes. - Designed to add to the beginning or end of your main workout. - Bodyweight and equipment options available. ✔️ 2 High-Intensity Cardio Sessions (Tue / Thur) 10–25 minutes each. - Designed to challenge your mental and physical edge. - We’ll build capacity, cardiovascular endurance, and resilience. These workouts are quick & designed to be done in addition to your main workout each day. Simply add these workouts to the beginning or end! Follow this challenge in conjunction with your existing training plan, or choose from one of my 15 complete training programs in the app!
      What is required for the equipment version of the challenge?
      For the first time ever, I am offering 2 versions of the core program (both of which you will have access to): ➡️ Bodyweight Version (Perfect for beginners, those training from home, outdoors, or who travel often.) ➡️ EQUIPMENT OPTION: (For intermediate to advanced athletes with access to a pull-up bar, med ball, & free weights.)       Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
      Whether you're a beginner or an elite athlete, you are welcome here & you will benefit from this challenge! Each exercise includes easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. You can also always reach out to me if you need any help with modifications or substitutions.
      Do I need to submit progress photos?
      Submitting progress photos is not required to participate in this challenge. That said… I highly recommend taking them. These photos are for you. They will never be shared publicly or with anyone else without your explicit permission. If you commit to these 6 weeks, you will see change. This challenge works. And time and time again, past Core Challengers tell me the same thing: “I’m so glad I took the photos.” It’s not about shrinking yourself. It’s about real progress from the inside out. Stronger posture. Confidence. Discipline. Keeping that promise you made to yourself. Progress photos are simply a tool. A way to witness your effort. A way to honor how far you’ve come.

      Howzit!? 🤙🏼 I’m Claire, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach & yoga teacher from Oregon. After my career as a Division 1 sprinter & heptathlete ended, my passion for sport transformed into something deeper: a love of movement in all its forms, & a calling to help others discover their own strength from the inside out. In 2017, during my senior year of college, I launched CPT Fit Co. What began as a side passion project has since grown into a global community whose bodies & lives have been transformed by the programs you’ll find here in this app. Along my journey, I’ve explored a variety of different training styles while traveling the world & living a nomadic lifestyle (including three years of van life), which taught me how important it is to make fitness not only effective, but also flexible, fun, & accessible, whether you’re moving with just your bodyweight, unrolling a yoga mat on the beach, or strength training in a fully equipped gym. Here, you’ll find programs that reflect this journey, functional cross training, kettlebell flows, home & gym workouts, running programs, follow along yoga & mobility & so much more. My goal for this app is not about chasing aesthetics… it’s about falling in love with the process of taking care of yourself. It’s about honoring the privilege of movement & building a body that carries you through life with ease & joy. I’m so grateful you’re here.
