Welcome to Body Flow, previously known as Fit Flow Daily! 🫶🏼 This program is designed to help you build functional strength, improve flexibility, connect your breath to your movement & to simply feel FREAKIN’ GOOD in your beautiful body - all without needing any equipment. This program is a reflection of my own transformation over the past year. I took time off from heavy training, reconnected with my body through rest, and found inspiration in the fluid, breath-connected movements of yoga. This isn’t a yoga program—but it’s yoga-inspired, and it’s designed to help you build strength, mobility, and freedom in your body with just your bodyweight and a mat. Whether you’re coming back from burnout, traveling, training from home, or just craving a new rhythm—this is for you. 5 workouts per week, 2 of which are follow-along flows, so just press play & follow right alongside me. Weekly split (feel free to mix it up as well): Day 1: Lower Body Day 2: Follow Along Flow Day 3: Upper Body Day 4: Follow Along Flow Day 5: Full Body What’s great about this program is that you can follow it in conjunction with any other training program. Howzit!? 🤙🏼 I’m Claire, a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach & yoga teacher from Oregon. After my career as a Division 1 sprinter & heptathlete ended, my passion for sport transformed into something deeper: a love of movement in all its forms, & a calling to help others discover their own strength from the inside out. In 2017, during my senior year of college, I launched CPT Fit Co. What began as a side passion project has since grown into a global community of hundreds of thousands whose bodies & lives have been transformed by the program you’ll find here in this app. Along my journey, I’ve explored a variety of different training styles while traveling the world & living a nomadic lifestyle (including three years of van life), which taught me how important it is to make fitness not only effective, but also flexible, fun, & accessible, whether you’re moving with just your bodyweight, unrolling a yoga mat on the beach, or strength training in a fully equipped gym. Here, you’ll find programs that reflect this journey, functional cross training, kettlebell flows, home & gym workouts, running programs, follow along yoga & mobility & so much more. My goal for this app is not about chasing aesthetics… it’s about falling in love with the process of taking care of yourself. It’s about honoring the privilege of movement & building a body that carries you through life with ease & joy. I’m so grateful you’re here. What equipment is needed?
None! You only need your body to complete this program. All the workouts are bodyweight only - All you need is YOU!
Do I have to complete the workouts in order?
No - you can move the days around to best fit your schedule. Just remember this is your journey!
