Where did last weeks workouts go? How come I can only view 2 weeks at a time?
Every Sunday evening I add a new week of fresh workouts & remove the previous week. This is so that we can stay together & follow the same schedule. Every 8 weeks I will create a permanent category for you to access all the workouts at once.
Do I need to have access to a gym?
To follow this program the way it’s intended, yes! However, I do throw in random bodyweight workouts that you can do from anywhere & you can always make substitutions to make this program work for you if you don’t have access to a wide variety of equipment.
