This is a great chest workout which is beginner friendly. That you can do with Dumbbells. When it come to chest don’t focus to much on the weight, when training muscles it’s all about the form and the squeeze at the end of your rep. Each rep make sure your lower back is arched this was your shoulders are back and chest is up. Keep your body TIGHT (suck in your stomach) each rep to ensure muscle isolation of the pecs (chest)
