Hey Christine here, I am the owner and head trainer at CD Performance. Wife, mama of three beautiful babies. I have been working in the health and wellness field for 10 years. I am a NASM Certified PT, Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach, Balanced Body Pilates Reformer Instructor and Pre and Post Natal Specialist.
