What are the goals of the program? Anyone and EVERYONE!
Building strength all while building lean muscle and toning up. We have exercises that are beginner through advanced so anyone at any fitness level will be pushed to get 1% better everyday!
How to schedule the program into a week? Choose how many days you want to strength train. Or feel free to message your coach (me) and I can help personalize a your program to fit your schedule.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Give it your all and push through your workouts. You will know you have the right weight because your last three reps are challenging and hard to get through. WITHOUT SACRIFICING MECHANICS.
Also pair it with my nutrition 1:1 coaching or our group accountability group!
What do I need to participate in this program? Each exercise can be done w/ body weight, dumbbells, bands, and or a full gym. You can make it work for whatever equipment you have!
