A full year of gym training on this app is complete!!

If you’ve been with me from the start, it’s been a pleasure to train with you!

Feel free to: 
1. Start from the beginning with phase 1 and work your way through to phase 8 for another full year of training 

2. Pick your favourite workouts (for your goals) and go through them for the next 4-6 weeks (incrementally adjusting the weights each week if appropriate — the logging feature will be great for this)

3. Go through 4-8 weeks of this current 6 day gym split (phase 8). 

4. I’ve added a couple new tabs for dumbbell only workouts and standalone gym workouts for you to peruse. Pick a different workout each time or save a couple workouts to progressively adjust each week — it’s up to you!
