What equipment do I need? The daily workouts being uploaded are programmed with a full gym in mind, however there often will be exercise modifications listed that may be performed with a dumbbell and/or bands, if that is all you have accessible at home. If you need help modifying the workouts, just ask me!
What if I can’t workout daily? You are more than welcome to alter the split to what works best for you. There will be 6 workouts uploaded weekly (7th day is a weekly rest day), but if you are looking for a 3 to 5 day split, I offer split recommendations in the Daily Training “FAQ” section.
I’m a beginner. Is this app for me? Whether it’s your first time in a gym or you’re a seasoned lifter, I’m glad you’re here! There will be modifications listed for most exercises. You can also send me a message if you’re unsure about a particular exercise or modification!
