Training Coach, Athletic Therapist

Hello there! My name is Christina Stephenson and I am so excited you’re here! Let me introduce myself. I am a Certified Athletic Therapist and training coach with 5+ years of experience training clients, with the last almost 3 years being under my own business. I’m married to Cody Stephenson and besides being a realtor, he is a partner in our business, Stephenson Strength Therapy. I grew up with a passion for sports, playing every sport I could get my hands on in high school, but when I turned to university, I was in that in-between stage of “not being good enough to make it on a university level team” but also not okay with simply being “done with sports”. I discovered a love for weights while taking an intro level weight training course during my first year and haven’t looked back. After graduating with a human kinetics degree and certification in Athletic Therapy, I pursued field work in my area of expertise for a year before being sought after for a training coach position. What started out as a stepping stone job became a realization that I have a passion for using strength training to help empower people through their pain to goals they didn’t think were attainable, and as a result, increasing confidence through strength. I love being able to see confidence grow through strength training and I hope that with this app you are able to realize that you are built for more than you ever thought you were capable of!
Goals
My goal with this app is to create a personal training service that you can access through your phone! The daily (6 days a week) workouts are meant to give you guidance in the gym, so that you don’t have to question what you do once you get there. There will also be options to train 3-4-5 days a week if that is what your schedule allows for!
Training Requirements
The daily workouts being uploaded are programmed with a full gym in mind, including dumbbells, barbells, machines and cable systems. However, there will often be exercise modifications listed that may be performed with a dumbbells and bands if that is all you have accessible at home. If you need help modifying the workouts, just ask me!

FAQs
What equipment do I need?
The daily workouts being uploaded are programmed with a full gym in mind, however there often will be exercise modifications listed that may be performed with a dumbbell and/or bands, if that is all you have accessible at home. If you need help modifying the workouts, just ask me!
What if I can’t workout daily?
You are more than welcome to alter the split to what works best for you. There will be 6 workouts uploaded weekly (7th day is a weekly rest day), but if you are looking for a 3 to 5 day split, I offer split recommendations in the Daily Training “FAQ” section.
I’m a beginner. Is this app for me?
Whether it’s your first time in a gym or you’re a seasoned lifter, I’m glad you’re here! There will be modifications listed for most exercises. You can also send me a message if you’re unsure about a particular exercise or modification!
How much does the app cost?
