About the program
I’m so excited you’re here! This 6-week, dumbbell-only program is designed to build strength, improve posture, and boost your confidence.
Each week you’ll do:
• 2 upper body days
• 2 lower body days
• 1 core-focused day (repeat 1–3x)
Posture work is built into the upper and core days for better alignment and functional strength. Upper and lower body warm-ups are included—don’t skip them! They help prevent injury and prep your body for results.
This program works for all levels and can be done at home or in the gym. If at the gym, find a space to move freely and get on the floor for core work.
Some moves are challenging, so modifications are provided for every tough exercise. Use them as needed, then progress when you repeat the program. If you did the standard moves last round, increase your dumbbell weight. The goal is to feel challenged—if it’s easy, you won’t see change.

I'm Christina, and this is my story.
I am a strength and conditioning specialist as well as a physical therapist helping you build a stronger core and body to prevent injuries and feel good in your skin.
I started my fitness journey unhappy with my body, lacking confidence and always just chasing a number on the scale. I made mistakes along the way, and I'm here to prevent others from making the same ones I did.
