    I'm Christina, and this is my story.

    I am a strength and conditioning specialist as well as a physical therapist helping you build a stronger core and body to prevent injuries and feel good in your skin. I started my fitness journey unhappy with my body, lacking confidence and always just chasing a number on the scale. I made mistakes along the way, and I'm here to prevent others from making the same ones I did. You don't need hours in the gym to see results.     You can join our app and community FREE for the first 7 days. After that, you'll pay $14.99/month or $99.99/year. That breaks down to just $0.49 a day or $0.28 a day — less than your morning cup of coffee!
    I'm a beginner, will I be able to do your workouts?
    Yes! This app is built for all skill levels, with many different options to support you! There are video demonstrations included for each exercise & you can message me directly at any time with additional questions.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout. Most of the workouts can be done at home with bodyweight or dumbbells and bands.
    Do I need a gym membership?
    No. I have both home based and gym based plans in my app.
