This 30 Day Core program focuses on building the foundation to a stronger core, including improving a diastasis.
This program is great for men and women looking to improve their overall core strength.
In every exercise I list 1-3 sets, but you have the ability to track 3 sets. If you are a beginner and cannot complete more than 1 set, simply log 0s for the additional sets. As you go through this program and get stronger and repeat the program, you will be able to log additional sets.
Throughout the program you should not have any bulging or doming of your abdomen. If you have this, definitely work on resetting and engaging your core. Definitely reach out to me if you need additional help with this.
