Such a different way to train abs. I am excited to see if this changes time for my midsection bc the typical crunches and bicycles ain't doing it.

Really working on engaging my lower core…that Is my problem area and I think it’s causing lower back pain (plus a pooch).

Definitely felt this…really needing to target my lower abdomen because I’m pretty sure I still have some unhealed diastasis there and I’ve been dealing with lower back pain.
