This program is for people who have access to a gym. I recommend starting with my bodyweight program to provide you with a base before starting this program.

What do I need to participate in this program?
You need access to a gym. If there are any exercises on the program you don’t have access to then message me for an alternative or read the notes section of the exercise for more information.
