What are the goals of the program? To motivate and work along side to you achieve your goals
How to schedule the program into a week? These can be introduced anytime during your workout schedule. I don’t recommend performing these if you are currently doing my bodyweight or dumbbell program.
What do I need to participate in this program? The majority of the workouts are bodyweight but be sure to check the description of the sessions before starting each workout
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Please read the description before starting each workout. Some workouts are harder than others, I recommend starting with the starter workout to give you a brief understand of what a follow along workout is like.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Listen and follow along, listen to the alternatives and regressions of each exercise. Give it 100% and try your best. Remember to smile and enjoy some of my really bad banter ;-)
