What are the goals of the program?
To gain size and muscle. I recommend running this program for 8 weeks so you must repeat this 4 week program twice
How to schedule the program into a week?
I program the days as day 1, day 2, etc instead of Monday, Tuesday etc. As long as all days are done by the end of the week that’s all that matters.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Each exercise is adaptable for all skill levels
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Eat enough calories and make sure you are in a calorie surplus to gain size and muscle. This will make sure you have enough energy to complete each workout.
What do I need to participate in this program?
A gym. A lot of the exercises are free weight based. If your gym has just dumbbells and barbells that is fine. Message me if your gym doesn’t have any of the kit involved and I will give you an alternative. Oh and don’t forget to drink plenty of water.
