Hey all! My name is Charly Arnolt, but if you’re WWE fan, you probably know me as Charly Caruso. I am a broadcaster for both ESPN and WWE, so I am surrounded by some of the fittest people in the world (VERY motivating!!) I have always been an athlete and a fitness fanatic, so I decided to also become a certified personal trainer. I am so excited to share my workouts with you and am pumped for you to transform your body alongside me. It’s a marathon, not a sprint—but if you put in the work, the results will come!! We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines.
