A strength training program created by a surfer, for surfers! This program includes everything you need to get stronger in the water and up your overall surfing game. With the main intention being building strength, there is also a heavy focus on agility, mobility, flexibility, and injury prevention. This is a 6-week program including 4 progressive workouts per week, a pre-surf warm up routine, and a "follow along" style post-surf deep stretching routine. The entire program is built into my private app, making it extremely convenient to follow the workouts and program. Every exercise has an instructional video and written description so you can make sure your form is always on point. You can also track your reps, weight, and rest time right there within the app as you perform each exercise, making it simple to track your progress. This program is truly everything you need to get stronger and level up your overall surfing game out in the water!
