About Charlie Follows

Online personal trainer

Hi I’m Charlie, a movement enthusiast and Certified Yoga Teacher. I discovered yoga in 2017 when I was under a lot of pressure and found that I needed an outlet to balance it all out. I taught myself online for years and in 2019 trained to become a 200hr certification Vinyasa Yoga Teacher. I have since gone on to do an Advanced Teacher Training and continue to develop my teachings so that I can give as much to my classes as possible. Yoga completely transformed how I take care of myself and taught me how to balance my life.. this is why I want to share the magic of yoga with you. My classes focus on body awareness so that each flow is intuitive, moving from a place of feeling rather than thinking. I aim to get you out of your head and into your body and I can’t wait to share my classes with you!

Frequently asked questions

Can I do your programme if I am a beginner?
Absolutely yes, all my programmes are accessible for all levels. This doesn’t mean that they won’t be challenging but I always remind you to take it to the level that feels right and then see how you progress each time you come back to class.
What type of workouts are you sharing?
Full body strength building programmes. Yoga toning classes. Slow, steady and controlled movements to build better range of motion. Power Flow Yoga to build internal heat and challenge the body. Think HIIT meets Yoga.
Does the workouts require any equipment?
Just a mat or a space in your house. Blocks and straps can be used but if you don’t have them books and a scarf or tie are a great alternative.
What’s the main goal for your workouts?
To love taking care of your body and mind through mindful yet challenging movements that focus on helping you experience the magic of yoga.
