Welcome to the 4-week STRONG & SEXY home program!  Over the next 4 weeks, this program is guaranteed to deliver a total body transformation, as long as you work hard, stay consistent, and commit to the program!  The 4-week gym program was strategically designed to progressively build up your overall muscle strength, while maintaining an hourglass shape to keep your body snatched and toned in all the right places. We will focus on building a solid foundation in your body, while getting you comfortable and confident with completing each exercise.  Here’s what you can expect:  * 5 workouts a week for the next 4 weeks 
 * Roughly 60- 75 minute workouts
 * GOAL: Build confidence, improve strength, develop lean muscle & tone your body. 
 * There is an optional ‘active recovery day’ built into the program for anyone whose primary goal is weight loss.

About Chanel DeLisser

My name is Chanel DeLisser and my mission is to help women build confidence, and teach them how to become their own body goals through discovering the transformative power of a healthy lifestyle.   My expertise as an Occupational Therapist, and 6+ years of training have allowed me to provide women with the tools needed to commit to a healthy lifestyle, boost their self-esteem, and unlock the most confident version of themselves. Like many others, I had a love/hate relationship with the gym. I was not consistent, and whenever I worked out I did the bare minimum. One day, I looked in the mirror and decided that I wanted more for myself. My commitment to consistency, discipline, and hard work allowed me to completely transform my body and fall in love with the process. I started teaching boot camp classes in my hometown- New York City-  building my business, Coco Fitness from the ground up. For the first time, I witnessed how women all around me were embracing how good they felt after the workout. Because of this, I wanted to dedicate my life to helping as many ladies as I could! This led me to move online, investing every part of myself into making Coco Fitness the best online community possible!  My goal is to help you discover your true power. After using my app I am confident that you will become fearless, strong, and unstoppable.

What are the goals of the program?
The goal of this program is to build up your overall muscle strength, while maintaining an hourglass shape to keep your body snatched and toned in all the right places. We will focus on building a solid foundation in your body, while getting you comfortable and confident with completing each exercise.
What do I need to participate in this program ?
To participate, you need to make sure you have the following workout equipment:  • light and heavy pair of dumbbells • jump rope • glute/booty bands • a set of long resistance bands • yoga mat
Who are these workouts for (fitness level)?
This program was strategically designed to be modified to every fitness level. That means anyone can do this. If you’re completing the program and feel like the reps are too high, lower the reps to match your effort. And if you feel like you need a bit more of a challenge, you can increase the weights.
How long are the workouts for?
The whole workout lasts for around 60-70 minutes depending on how fast or slow you move. There is no right or wrong way to speed through a workout, listen to your body and move at a pace that feels good to you!
Do we need to do the workouts on consecutive days?
No! It's entirely up to you. You can distribute the 5 days along the week however you want as long as you complete it.
