What are the goals of the program?
The goal of this program is to build up your overall muscle strength, while maintaining an hourglass shape to keep your body snatched and toned in all the right places. We will focus on building a solid foundation in your body, while getting you comfortable and confident with completing each exercise.
What do I need to participate in this program ?
To participate, you need to make sure you have the following workout equipment:
• light and heavy pair of dumbbells
• jump rope
• glute/booty bands
• a set of long resistance bands
• yoga mat
Who are these workouts for (fitness level)?
This program was strategically designed to be modified to every fitness level. That means anyone can do this. If you’re completing the program and feel like the reps are too high, lower the reps to match your effort. And if you feel like you need a bit more of a challenge, you can increase the weights.
How long are the workouts for?
The whole workout lasts for around 60-70 minutes depending on how fast or slow you move. There is no right or wrong way to speed through a workout, listen to your body and move at a pace that feels good to you!
Do we need to do the workouts on consecutive days?
No! It's entirely up to you. You can distribute the 5 days along the week however you want as long as you complete it.
