The 3/30 Program is a simple, powerful, strength-focused plan designed for busy women who want real results without wasting time. With just 3 workouts a week, 30 minutes each, you’ll build strength and confidence through 20 minutes of focused barbell and dumbbell lifts plus 10 minutes of accessory and finisher work—no machines, no fluff. Optional walks and deep core sessions on off days give you flexibility to stay consistent while keeping recovery in mind. Balanced between lower, upper, and full-body days, this program is mom-friendly, can be done at home, all free weights, progressive, and efficient—helping you get stronger, leaner, and more energized in less time. This is an EMOM-style program (every minute on the minute) for maximum time efficiency, so you stay moving with purpose instead of guessing what’s next. And unlike endless HIIT or cardio circuits that only build endurance, this program is designed around lifting for muscle growth—because muscle is the key to burning fat, changing your shape, and building the toned, strong look you actually want. It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
