Description: Caramelized Banana Dessert Pizza

I lived in São Paulo a few years ago and while I was there I fell in love with dessert pizzas—which are just as popular as typical cheese & meat pizzas! Here is my own recreation that you can make in the oven or air fryer. In fact, if you want to get super Paulista authentic, spread the nutella to the very edge of the dough and fold it over on itself, making a “borda de chocolate” (a chocolate-filled crust)!

Ingredients (1 pizza)
-1/4 recipe Sneaky Protein Pizza Crust
-1/8 cup nutella
-1/2 banana, sliced
-2 tsp coconut sugar or brown sugar
-cinnamon to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F. Spray your air fryer basket with plenty of nonstick spray. 
2. Form the pizza crust into a heart shape and place in the basket of the air fryer. 
3. Pre-cook for 6 minutes, flipping halfway. 
4. Remove pizza crust from air fryer and spread on nutella. Top with sliced banana and coconut sugar. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. 
5. Cook for 6-8 more minutes, until the crust is golden brown. Enjoy!
