How much time do I need each day?
Most workouts are just 15–30 minutes and can be done at home with minimal equipment. You’ll also get quick nutrition and mindfulness tips you can easily fit into your busy day — no all-day meal prepping or hours in the gym required.
Do I need special equipment or a gym membership?
Nope! 🙌 All you need is a set of dumbbells (and even bodyweight will work for many moves). Everything is designed to be simple, effective, and doable whether you’re at home, traveling, or juggling a busy schedule.
What results can I expect in 4 weeks?
This challenge is about more than just physical results. Yes, you’ll feel stronger, fitter, and more energized — but you’ll also notice better control around food, less stress, and a mindset shift that helps you enjoy the holidays without guilt.
