I am: a coach, a mom, a lifelong athlete, and someone who understands how hard it can feel to take care of yourself while trying to hold everything else together.
I've spent over 20 years in the fitness and wellness world. I've worked as a Master Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Strength and Conditioning Coach, yoga teacher, paddleboard instructor, and more. But the truth is, none of those titles matter if I can't help real people navigate real life.
I've missed workouts. I've started over. I've felt the frustration of wanting to feel better in my body but not knowing where to start. That's exactly why I do what I do. Because I believe health should feel doable, not like another thing you're failing at.
I teach from experience and meet people where they are. Small wins matter. Progress can be quiet. And showing up for yourself counts, even if you're just doing the best you can with what you've got.
Outside of coaching, I'm with my family, usually in the garden or on the move. I love food, fresh air, and living in a way that feels aligned with what I teach. It is not always perfect, but it is real. And that's what I care about most!
