    I picked up a stick when I was 8 years old in my small hometown in Maryland and never looked back. The game has shown me the result of dedication, passion, and creativity, and continues to provide a relentless source of joy in my life. This app is designed to help you curate your training to improve your game. I encourage you to evaluate your play and watch film to make a plan for parts of your game you want to improve with these training blocks. Whether it's getting more comfortable in your off-hand, improving endurance, or building muscle, this app will help you achieve your goals. The content in this app is a culmination of all the tools of the trade I have learned in the past 16 years and counting. Each week you will see a new set of workouts added to the collections, ranging from wall ball to footwork, agility, and even nutrition plans. This app alongside your training will improve so many aspects of your game, and transform you into an all-star lacrosse player.

    No matter where you are in your lacrosse journey, Playbook can help you succeed. Workouts and programs posted in the app are for any level of fitness. Plus, Caroline will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Some you will need just your stick and a wall, while others you might need a footwork ladder. In any case, there are workouts with/ without equipment so choose the ones based on what you have access to! There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you grow your game.
