🔰 Beginner – Perfect for those new to strength training or returning after a break. Workouts are 20–25 minutes, with 2 sets per exercise and a focus on building the habit.
💪 Experienced – Designed for lifters ready to dial in form, intensity, and progression. You’ll train 5 days this week with 3 sets per exercise, hitting each major muscle group.
