WELCOME TO YOUR 8 WEEKS OF EMOMS! In order to complete this guide, you will need dumbbells and a resistance band. For the next 8 weeks, you will have 3 NEW 20 minute EMOMS every week! The workouts are structured as Legs, Upper Body, and Full Body for each week giving you a total of 24 DIFFERENT workouts! If you are new to EMOMS, it stands for Every Minute On the Minute. You will complete reps for each exercise and then rest for the remainder of the minute before moving to the next exercise. Then repeat the circuit for 20 minutes. My app has a built in timer so you will simply press "play" (a little orange triangle) and get your workout going! EMOMs are such a great way to achieve a quick and effective workout that leave you feeling accomplished!
