What equipment do I need?
The beauty about flows is that you don’t need any! All you need is yourself and a mat. (Don’t forget to grab a towel and water.)
I’m a beginner. Can I do this?
Yes! Flows come in all forms and there are beginner-friendly classes in this collection. If you encounter anything you can’t do, there are always modifications to try.
Is this suitable for intermediate/advanced yogi?
Of course! This collection features some of my stronger flows, so you can have fun with all of it. Don’t discount the simpler classes — you can always focus, engage, and put in more effort to make any class more challenging.
