I have been an athlete for most of my life. I am a soccer player, I have been playing for 22 years. I went to Texas Tech University for Soccer and transferred my 5th year to California Baptist to continue my education. I still train as a goalkeeper. Now I am coaching at the collegiate level. In college I fell in love with the strength and conditioning.
What brought me into this field was my bad form. I have always loved exercising, lifting and playing soccer. However, there are key fundamental body mechanics that I was performing incorrectly. I quickly realized how majority of us at the next level and even at beginner level are not taught how to do things right. “If it looks good or you can lift heavy or if you can run fast, there’s no need to change anything.” WRONG! If you’re disciplined enough for 32 days, you can completely change your form and perform at an even better rate.
