Who is this challenge for?
Women 55+ who want to improve balance, strength, and confidence through safe, effective daily movement.
I’m a beginner, is this for me?
I have worked with older clients my entire career. My classes are designed to make you stronger, more mobile, and confident in your body. I offer tons of modifications so you can safely exercise and see results.
Do I have to get on the floor to participate?
Absolutely not! I offer classes with and without floor sequences.
How long are the videos?
Five short tutorials (2–3 minutes each) and one 35-minute follow-along class you can do at your own pace.
Do I need equipment?
No—just a sturdy chair, some space to move, and comfortable shoes or bare feet.
What happens after the challenge?
You can keep building your strength and balance through ongoing classes and programs with me inside my app.

I’m Candy Price, a personal trainer and mind-body teacher with a clinical healthcare background. For nearly thirty years, I worked with cancer patients and saw how strong routines and healthy habits help people face challenges with greater resilience and confidence. For the past four years, I’ve worked closely with older adults who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in their bodies. Your body adapts when you train it. Bones, muscles, and balance respond to consistent, smart movement. I’m here to help you build that capacity now, so you can keep doing the things you love for years to come.
