About Candy Price

I’m Candy Price, a personal trainer and mind-body teacher with a clinical healthcare background. For nearly thirty years, I worked with cancer patients and saw how strong routines and healthy habits help people face challenges with greater resilience and confidence. For the past four years, I’ve worked closely with older adults who want to feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in their bodies. Your body adapts when you train it. Bones, muscles, and balance respond to consistent, smart movement. I’m here to help you build that capacity now, so you can keep doing the things you love for years to come. Frequently asked questions

I’m a beginner, is this for me?
I have worked with older clients my entire career. My programs are designed for women 55+ at any fitness level. You’ll build strength, balance, and confidence with modifications to fit your needs. Plus, you’ll have access to lifestyle tools like recipes, education, Yoga Nidra, and a supportive community to help you every step of the way.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
All you need are a couple sets of dumbbells and a yoga mat if you decide to do floor work. Most people start with 5 pounds. Everything else, recipes, education, and relaxation practices, and community require no equipment at all.
Do I have to get on the floor to participate?
Nope! Many of my classes are done standing or using a chair for support. Floor work is optional, and all exercises have modifications. Even Yoga Nidra and mindfulness practices can be done in a chair or on your bed.
How often should I participate
Even a few sessions a week can make a big difference. You can mix strength and mobility workouts with Yoga Nidra, explore recipe plans, educational content, or engage with the community whenever it fits your life. Consistency matters more than intensity.
Will this help with my balance, bones, and overall health?
Yes! Strength, mobility, and balance exercises are the foundation, but your membership also includes mindful practices, nutrition tips, education, and a supportive community - all designed to improve stability, protect your bones, boost energy, and enhance confidence.
What if I have injuries or limitations?
No problem! Every part of the program includes modifications and guidance for all levels. I have experience with training others safely.
How long are the classes and sessions?
Most workouts are 20–40 minutes, Yoga Nidra sessions are 20–30 minutes, and recipe or educational content can be explored at your own pace, short enough to fit your day, long enough to make a difference.
Can I join if I've never exercised before?
Absolutely. The program supports beginners and experienced participants alike. You’ll have workouts, Yoga Nidra, recipes, education, and community support to guide you safely every step of the way.
Do I need to follow a schedule?
No. You can move at your own pace and enjoy different aspects of the program when it fits your life. Workouts, Yoga Nidra, recipes, education, and community are all flexible.
Can I ask you questions?
Yes! Members have direct access to me through DMs for guidance, support, and advice about workouts, nutrition, lifestyle, and more.
Will I see results if I do everything at home?
Definitely. The program is designed to be effective wherever you are. You’ll build strength, balance, and mobility, nourish your body with recipes, relax with Yoga Nidra, learn practical tips, and connect with a community that supports your journey.
Is this program only for women over 55?
While it’s designed for women 55+, anyone who wants a balanced approach to strength, mobility, mindful practices, nutrition, education, and community can benefit.
