The 2.0 Back to the Build program is the 2nd variation of this type of plan. It is designed to help maximize strength. Each variation has different workouts and different focuses to help give you multiple options. It follows a progressive overload system with five days of lifting a week and one hour of daily workouts. This is an 8 week program. About the program

B2TB focuses on strength! •It is a 8 week body building workout that has 3 lifting days that implement progressive overload to ensure you build strength and muscle. •You also have 2 cardio days. The cardio days are metabolic conditioning workouts. These will help to train your heart health and improve your endurance and stamina- through running, KBS, box jumps, powerlifting to bring out the athlete in you! •Each workout includes a warm up, strength portion and “cash out” which is either a core finisher or quick cardio burst. •These workouts are typically done in a gym but can be easily modified to do at home.
