Fitness Trainer & Nutrition Coach

I am a 43 year old mom of 5 kids. I have had a passion for exercise and nutrition for the last 23 years. I wanted to help others with their overall health goals so began teaching HIIT & Functional fitness classes and then a year later started personal training. I have loved helping people on their fitness/nutrition journeys. It has taught me so much about the many different people and the walks of life they have been. I have built long lasting friendships and learned so much from them about life. I’m grateful that I have a body that can move but also all the many benefits that come from having a healthy lifestyle. That’s what I want people to learn, it’s mental, physical and emotional. I am a NASM personal trainer I am a NASM nutrition coach I want to offer strength training, functional fitness and HIIT. I want to offer programs for gym and home. I also want to offer nutrition coaching and just overall health tips.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a full set of dumbbells for this program?
A full set isn’t necessary but you will want a few different sizes of weights, some light to medium for upper body and some heavy ones for lower body.
Do I need any special equipment besides dumbbells?
No special equipment is needed. You can add a yoga ball to change up some of the exercises but it’s not necessary.
Can I do this program at home?
Yes! This is designed to be done at home or in the gym. All you need is some dumbbells and some space to move around.
Is this program suitable for all fitness levels?
Yes! This program is suitable for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced. If you’re a beginner then you will start with lighter weight, advanced will start with heavier weight. You adjust to the level you are starting at.
