About the program

My intermediate gym program is a progressive overload program. Meaning, gradually increasing weight, reps or sets over time to continually challenge your muscles and stimulate growth.
  • 6 weeks of programmed training
  • Videos of each exercise so you know exactly what you are doing every day
  • 6 days of workouts per week
  • Split into upper, lower, and full body days

About Camille Barnum

Fitness Trainer & Nutrition Coach

I am a 43 year old mom of 5 kids. I have had a passion for exercise and nutrition for the last 23 years. I wanted to help others with their overall health goals so began teaching HIIT & Functional fitness classes and then a year later started personal training. I have loved helping people on their fitness/nutrition journeys. It has taught me so much about the many different people and the walks of life they have been. I have built long lasting friendships and learned so much from them about life. I’m grateful that I have a body that can move but also all the many benefits that come from having a healthy lifestyle. That’s what I want people to learn, it’s mental, physical and emotional. I am a NASM personal trainer I am a NASM nutrition coach I want to offer strength training, functional fitness and HIIT. I want to offer programs for gym and home. I also want to offer nutrition coaching and just overall health tips.

Frequently asked questions

Can this program be done at home?
Yes, it can be done at home if you have some gym equipment. This program has a variety of things needed to perform the exercises-cable machine, dumbbells, barbells and medicine ball. You can always substitute moves for the exercises that you don’t have the equipment for.
Can I do this program if I am a beginner?
Yes, but if you are brand new to the gym then I do suggest you start with my 6 Week Beginner Gym Program first to build up strength and get familiar with the different exercises. Once you have completed the beginner program then you can move up to the Intermediate gym program.
Does this program come with a meal plan?
This program doesn’t have a meal plan but I do have a Free Simple Meal guide with a few recipes and ideas. You will get the opportunity to download the guide once you have purchased the program! Bonus: I also post weekly recipes on my IG/Facebook :)
