Can this program be done at home? Yes, it can be done at home if you have some gym equipment. This program has a variety of things needed to perform the exercises-cable machine, dumbbells, barbells and medicine ball. You can always substitute moves for the exercises that you don’t have the equipment for.
Can I do this program if I am a beginner? Yes, but if you are brand new to the gym then I do suggest you start with my 6 Week Beginner Gym Program first to build up strength and get familiar with the different exercises. Once you have completed the beginner program then you can move up to the Intermediate gym program.
Does this program come with a meal plan? This program doesn’t have a meal plan but I do have a Free Simple Meal guide with a few recipes and ideas. You will get the opportunity to download the guide once you have purchased the program!
