About the program

This program was design to give you that PUSH to end 2024 strong and start 2025 even STRONGER. There are three legs to the Final Push Challenge: - Weight loss push - Gaining muscle push - Recomposition push All three will feature the same workouts plus or minus cardio sessions. If your goal is to lose weight, add 20-30 minutes of cardio on both leg days. If your goal is to gain muscle, SKIP the core & cardio day. If your goal is to lose fat and gain muscle (body recomposition), follow it as is! Share your weekly wins, progress, and ideas in the chat with all Final Push participants! We all need to be PUSHED.     About Cameron Holohan

    Online personal trainer

    Hi! My name is Cameron, but I go by Cam. I fell in love with fitness after high school in search of a hobby. My self esteem was low, and I did not feel that I had a purpose. My love for fitness soon turned into a love for myself. My confidence grew (and so did my glutes👀), and I realized the impact going to the gym and moving my body had on both my mental and physical health. I documented my fitness journey on social media from the beginning, and I was often asked what to train other woman to build the body (and booty) of their dreams. So, after years of trial, error, and growth, I decided in 2022 I would start to take online clients and help women reach their fitness goals. Not only that, I truly wanted my clients understand the lifestyle changes to be made and make those results sustainable. I created Lift with Cam to expand my reach to those who may not be able to commit to one on one coaching yet. Lift with Cam was designed to give you results at your own pace and build your confidence in the gym or at home!     It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
