Fitness has always been a big part of my life. As a former college football player, I learned discipline, consistency, and the value of hard work. Now as a husband and new dad, I know how hard it can be to prioritize fitness with a busy life.
That’s why I created this Summer Shred Challenge — realistic workouts for parents, busy professionals, beginners, and anyone looking to get stronger and healthier. The workouts are built around kettlebell training using one kettlebell (or more if available) to help you build strength, burn fat, and improve conditioning from home or anywhere. No perfect schedule or fancy gym needed — just consistency and effort.
