Each workout is done as a superset or compound set. Meaning you’ll go straight from a push exercise straight into a pull exercise then take your rest. The pump and muscle activation during this workout will be intense!

Enjoyed this workout, but it had two of the same exercises. They were flat beach/row. Not sure if that was intentional or not. Otherwise, good workout that forced me to burn a lot more calories than usual in that time frame. Fl
