About Caitlyn Matheny

I was an athlete up until college where I fell in love with fitness- so training like an athlete is what I do! Since becoming a mom I understand the importance of building mental strength in addition to physical. As a first time, single mom- mental strength has been what’s gotten me through. My passion lies in helping my clients build strength in mind and body, and to have a better quality of life through fitness. I’ve been a certified trainer for 5 years and full time with my business for 2 years, completing 2 additional certifications along the way (Strength & Conditioning and Pre/Postpartum corrective exercise) - and I continue to learn every day to become better for myself, and my clients. Training here with me you can expect to move and feel like an athlete, while building your dream body! I specialize in weight training, athletic style conditioning, mobility, and pre/post natal workouts.

What’s the schedule?
* 4-5 Training days per week * 2 Leg days, 1 upper and core day, 1 optional cardio day, 1 full body and core day * 2 full rest days
Is this postpartum friendly?
I recommend to be at least 4+ months postpartum to complete this program.
Are there any modifications for the exercises?
* Yes! I’ve included modifications in the descriptions for each exercise. If you need further assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app and I’ll be happy to help!
How can I ask you questions?
