This program is ideal for you if you’re looking to grow your legs and glutes and tone your core. 6 weeks: 4 gym workouts, and 2 at home core workouts a week. The gym workouts are about 45 minutes each, and the home workouts are less than 15 minutes. The core workouts are follow along sessions, and included is also a follow along stretching video for you to complete 1 or 2x a week. You’ll complete the same workouts for 3 weeks at a time, so there are 2 phases of workouts to this program. The goal is to improve with the workouts each week, so make sure you’re utilizing the weight tracking feature in the app!
