Welcome to HOME STRENGTH! A 4 week program that consists of 5, 20 minute workouts you can do straight from home. The goal of this program is to work on strength and challenging our muscles. The focus is full body and core. This program is ideal for you if you like to split your workout days up into lower body, upper body, and core focused. If you’re short on time but still want to move daily, this program is for you. Complete the workouts in order, and aim to get all 5 each week! There are 10 workouts total- to complete the 4 weeks, you’ll do workouts 1-5 week 1, then workouts 6-10 week 2, then repeat workouts 1-5 for week 3, and workouts 6-10 for week 4. You will need a heavier set of dumbbells(15-30lb depending on fitness level) and a lighter set (3-8lb) resistance bands are optional but recommended! Example schedule: Mon- legs Tues- back + chest Wed- legs Thurs- upper + core Fri- HIIT/leg focus Sat- rest or optional cardio of choice Sun- rest

I was an athlete up until college where I fell in love with fitness- Since becoming a busy mom I understand the importance of building mental strength in addition to physical, with limited time! My passion lies in helping my clients build strength in mind and body, and to have a better quality of life through fitness.
