This 4 week program is designed for busy women who are ready to stop playing small and get serious about their strength, confidence, and consistency. We have 4 workouts a week, and we’re going all in on the foundations: heavy compound movements to rebuild strong legs and glutes, a daily mile run/walk, and core work to shrink the waist and tighten the midsection!
You’ll train with intention, push past excuses, and stay connected to your “why”!
What’s included:
• 4 strength focused workouts per week (need basic gym equipment)
• Lower body + glute emphasis with core after every session (choose a core finisher from our on demand core category)
• ATLEAST 1 mile run/ walk daily to boost cardio health and discipline
• Daily core workout and stretch to sculpt your midsection
*You will complete this program in 2 phases- workouts change every 2 weeks!
