With just a set of dumbbells and resistance bands, you'll be guided through a circuit of exercises that target different muscle groups, improve your agility, and boost your endurance. Flexibility for Your Lifestyle: On your off days, you can choose to pair this program with mobility exercises available in the app, any other workouts from different categories, or simply go for a walk or run. My passion lies in helping my clients build strength in mind and body, and to have a better quality of life through fitness.
