Hi! 💕 I’m Caitlyn, a NASM certified trainer, Pilates instructor, and group fitness instructor who teaches everything from strength and sculpt classes to barre-inspired workouts and high-energy cardio classes. As a busy mom of four, I believe fitness should make you feel strong, confident, energized, and empowered from the inside out. My workouts combine strength training, sculpting, barre-inspired movement, Pilates, and functional training for a fun but effective approach to fitness. Whether your goal is building muscle, leaning out, toning, improving confidence, or simply feeling better mentally and physically, I’ve got you. Most workouts can be done right at home with dumbbells and are designed to fit into real life. No perfection. No extremes. Just movement that makes you feel GOOD.

We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
