Hi! 💕 I’m Caitlyn, a NASM certified trainer, Pilates instructor, and group fitness instructor who teaches everything from strength and sculpt classes to barre-inspired workouts and high-energy cardio classes. As a busy mom of four, I believe fitness should make you feel strong, confident, energized, and empowered from the inside out.
