All sets should be performed until failure in order to achieve muscle growth. With the correct weight your max reps should be between 8 and 12!🫶🏼

Hi I’m Brooke! I started my fitness journey back in 2020, while battling anxiety & depression. I was skin and bones, afraid to eat food, I had hormone imbalances due to not enough fat on my body, and very poor gut health. My long journey of gaining healthy weight helped me grow stronger in the gym and stronger mentally. I now have a better relationship with food, and 20+ lbs of muscle and healthy fat on my body. This process has taken me close to three years to achieve. During this process I fell in love with the gym and the process of bettering myself. So much that I want to help you. My program includes workouts that can be done in the gym or modified at home with the right equipment. Most workouts require lifting weights.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
