About the Challenge

This program is easy to follow with video demonstrations for each exercise + taking you through each step. Every exercise will will tap straight into all muscles of your core and pelvic floor. You can even do these exercises while waiting for your shower water to get hot ☺
  • We will be training together for 4 weeks with 3x/week 20-30 minute sessions.
  • All workouts an be done anywhere (home or gym)!
